Free Hosting .:. Terms of Service

When you sign up for an account with Unlimitednet Hosting & Services Ltd, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. This agreement is between Unlimitednet Hosting & Services Ltd (referred to herein as Unlimitednet Hosting or UNH) and the customer. It will commence when the customer is granted a free web hosting account. This is not the terms of service for the forums, however this agreement is initiated by taking certain actions on the support forums.

2. Unlimitednet Hosting may change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, without prior notification to the customer.

3. The customer may end this agreement at any stage by requesting that all web hosting accounts, databases, and data be deleted from the UNH servers.

4. Unlimitednet Hosting may end this agreement at any stage where they believe the customer has breached this agreement, breached the law, or has bought Unlimitednet Hosting in to disrepute.

5. The customer must not place any of the following material on Unlimitednet Hosting's servers:
* any material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, common law, or rights of others
* any material that may be considered to be pornographic, obscene, or offensive
* any material that defames or is derogatory towards another person or organization
* pirated software or music (falls under copyright infringement, but needs to be restated)
* storage of large and\or numerous files, primarily for storage purposes and not directly or indirectly related to the customer website (computer backups)

6. The customer agrees to indemnify Unlimitednet Hosting against any costs or demands bought against Unlimitednet Hosting as a result of the customer's use of the Internet.

7. The customer must ensure that their contact details are correct at all times. This does not include forum profile data.

8. Unlimitednet Hosting is not responsible for data loss, and is not obligated to backup client data.

9. If a client website remains inactive for a period greater than one month (30 days) wherein the website receives no file uploads, traffic, or any attention from anyone, Unlimitednet Hosting reserves the right to delete the account without prior notification, in the interest of opening up additional space for clients who will actually be using it.

10. The customer must not send any unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam") promoting web sites, e-mail addresses and/or other services hosted on Unlimitednet Hosting's servers.

11. The customer must not use Unlimitednet Hosting's servers to send unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam").

12. The customer acknowledges that it is not possible for Unlimitednet Hosting to provide uninterrupted service. Unlimitednet Hosting's servers will be unavailable from time to time. Unlimitednet Hosting will not be liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, caused by the servers being unavailable or by data loss.

13. The customer may not make available Unlimitednet Hosting's services available to other entities.

14. Unlimitednet Hosting may provide facilities to filter the customer's email and minimize the amount of unsolicited email ("spam") reaching the customer's email account. The customer will use the facility at their own risk, and will not hold Unlimitednet Hosting responsible for the loss or delay of any legitimate email.
